APPLICATION PROCESS

This application process is open to all students in 4-H, FFA, and Grange exhibitors in San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County that are officially registered for the Santa Barbara County Fair livestock show. 

 

To be eligible for consideration from this committee, exhibitors must complete the following steps: [must do #1 & 2 before completing this form] 


1. Complete and send 5 formal Buyer's Letters into our community. Must be shown/verified by leader/advisor. A written document from the leader/advisor will need to be uploaded for verification of the applicant's additional 5 letters.

** At least (2) Buyer's Letters MUST be addressed to NEW Potential Buyers in effort to invite new buyers to join the auction in person. 2024 Buyer's List can be found by clicking this link **

2. Complete and send one buyer's letter to the 37th District Buyer's Coalition at the address listed below. Letters must be POSTMARKED no later than Friday, June 27, 2025.

3. Tag the 37th Buyer's Coalition in an Instagram and/or Facebook post with you and your project animal. Deadline to post is June 27, 2025. 


4. Complete the Google Form LINKED BELOW

*Note: Completion of the requirements does not guarantee the committee will be able to purchase your animal.
