Join us for From Fair to Table: An Evening of Gratitude and Giving, a special gathering benefiting the 37th District Buyer's Coalition.

Guests will enjoy an elevated culinary experience featuring beef from the Reserve Breed Champion Market Steer, shown by Dally Settle and purchased in partnership with Far Western Tavern. The evening will showcase multiple preparations of this exceptional locally raised beef, with thoughtfully crafted dishes prepared by the Allan Hancock College and Mark Richardson CTE Culinary Arts and programs—bringing together local agriculture, culinary education, and the Central Coast’s wine-country tradition.

This evening is an opportunity to share our heartfelt gratitude with the donors who make our work possible and welcome others who want to join our mission. Together, we can continue supporting youth livestock exhibitors while providing locally raised meat to help feed neighbors in need throughout our community.
